By booking with Hoppee Express, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made online via our official website.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel at least 2 hours before departure for a full refund (minus 3% processing fee).
No refunds will be issued after the boat has departed.
Our Cancellation Policy applies and is strictly non-negotiable.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must arrive at the Bundhaya Speedboat desk at least 10 minutes before departure.
No large luggage is permitted — day trips only.
Hoppee Express reserves the right to refuse boarding to intoxicated or disorderly passengers.

4. Liability

Hoppee Express is not liable for delays, weather disruptions, or cancellations outside of our control.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents if required.

5. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to adjust schedules, pricing, and terms as necessary. Updates will be published on our website.
